Had an email over two weeks ago from QDR wanting me to contact them about an old debt. Didn't respond as didn't know them.
So today email from QDR solicitors asking me to open a link to a letter, which I didn't do.
After spending some time thinking about who this debt could be for, I think it is from an old payday loan (quick quid, I think) the debt is over six years old and not on any credit file. Quick quid are now in administration and I have had contact from the administration company about a possible refund for the payday loans due to not being able to afford it.
Prior to being connected by the administration company I have not heard anything from any DCA about this debt for a very long time.
It appears that QDR are now contacting me since I have had contact from the administration company.
So what is my best course of action?
TIA
