Hi All,
Can any one help me please, l have had a letter from the above people saying that l owe £975.08p for a debt they say l owe some time back in 1997-99 but won't say for what.
I have called them and spoke to someone, but won't give me any information about the debt.

Was the letter from GE themselves or someone acting for GE, like Thames Credit for example.

This debt is well and truly Statute Barred and is unenforceable through the courts.
They can make threats, but at the end of the day they can't actually do anything to make you pay this debt.
