  • HFO Services and HFO Capital : Help needed

    I need help urgently. A while back HFO Capital put a Unilateral charge on my property. I am aware that OFT and later FCA investigated the conduct of these two companies.*
    FCA later displayed a notice on their website, which can be access on the following address;

    https://webarchive.nationalarchives....ess/2014/08-14

    According to this notice by FCA*
    "
    “None of the Appellants are now FCA authorised to conduct any regulated activity. Consequently, HFO Services and HFO Capital can no longer hold any regulated consumer credit debt and therefore any consumer credit debt still held by HFO Services and HFO Capital has been written off or otherwise disposed of.”

    The notice is dated 12 August 2015. OFT earlier on 5th Feb 2014 refused to renew the licences of HFO Capital and HFO Services. OFT announcement can be found in the archived pages;*

    Later Another company named as "Asset Link Capital (No 5) Limited registered a "Beneficiary Charge" on the same debt in 2 Sept 2015.*
    Almost 3 weeks after FCA declared that any remaining debt hold by HFO Capital are written off or in other words disposed of.

    Further more FCA revealed to me that "Asset Link Capital (No 5) Limited licence was not renewed from 31.1.2015.*
    Despite the fact they were not licence by FCA to conduct any such activities, Asset Link Capital (No 5) Limited registered the "beneficiary charge" on the debt which should have been written off

    I ,therefore, need help to deal with the issue and the best way possible to remove both charges. I have already written to HM Land Registry giving the above details,*

    Any help and guidance is welcomed.*
