  • Just received a note that Resolvecall visited for a debt

    Hi*
I just got home to a note from Resolvecall that they visited about a debt.*
Many years ago i had some bad debt in regards to credit cards but this was well over 6 years more like 10 years so thought these would be statute barred.*
My credit rating search does not mention any bad debts i have no CCJs and my credit rating is actually pretty good. I.e able to get finance on car etc

Should i do anything or are they just trying there luck on something that isn't enforceable ?

    many thanks in advance

You could ask them but I would file it in a suitable receptacle. However if you get any Court docs then you must reply to them. Resolvecall are a common or garden debt collector who can be safely ignored.
