Mortimer Clarke and Resolvecall

I recently got a letter from Mortimer Clarke stating they were going to send to my house a company called Resolvecall reference a debt i couldn't even remember having. I then got a letter again from Mortimer Clarke stating what the debt was for which i estimate is between 11 and 13 years old. I was unaware it was still in existence and had completely forgotten about it. They also said they would send Resolvecall around. Today i received a call to my door from Resolvecall who wouldn't take no for an answer and still dropped a note to contact them through the letterbox. Is there anything I can do to stop this happening again . Any advice would be greatly appreciated as this is stressful and worrying. Thanks

they will not call again they left you a card chances that is it,,, so tell us the story what it is all about type debt aledged and last payment etce etcetec

Only recently received letters from Mortimer Clarke but never stated what it was for but only last week got a letter stating they were sending Resolvecall to my house.* The debt is from around 11 to 13 years old. I purchased a car from yes car i think but the letter from Mortimer says direct auto finance. They are claiming the debt is around £10000. The car was repossessed and i was led to believe it was paying what i owe. It was that long ago i can't even remember if it went to court. I was in a bad place when this was all happening*
