    Hello everybody,

First of all I would like to say that its great that these forums are around to help people that are less aware on how to deal with these issues. Thank you.

I have just come out of a period where I had severe mental health issues and luckily snapped out of this and getting myself back out there.

I recently moved in with a friend so I was able to start my own company and get on top of my bills.

I have received a letter from Lowell Solicitors yesterday. The head of this letter reads Notice of Judgement arrears £100,00

They claim that my CCJ is in arrears. This got me a bit worried. I have never been called into court or had any documentation in regards to this send to me ( at least not that I know off )

I was reading up on this forum on other people experiences but they dont exactly match mine, what can I do to get this CCJ gone as i think this should not be in my name ?

I was reading about setting aside a judgement in this article https://legalbeagles.info/forums/for...tailed-version

I used of bit of my spare money to check on TrustOnline. But when I have put in my name and new address , NO CCJ seem to be against me.

I hope you could help me out with this issue and guide me in the right direction.

Thank you very much in advance.
