  • Opos, past due, N power Debt swapping

Hi can please someone help me.
I moved house 2017 had an issue with the N powers final bill.
Got the amounts sorted out in 2018 and started paying opus debt collectors for gas in November 2018 I have been paying £10 a month to opos for the gas bill of £309 and £10 a month to past due credit solutions. For the electric In July opos didn’t take the card payment so I have been emailing them. They say it’s been past back to Npower as they have requested it back. Recently received a text from past due to say they have been past the debt and £129 has been added to the balance for non payment. Spoke to Npower they say that they have no knowledge of this and the account is at £0 someone is lying what can I do? any help would be appreciated.
    Thank You
