Something odd on credit file please advise

Hello all,

I normally check my credit score using clear score as I cannot afford the other services.

I received notifications that an account would be removed next month. I believe it becomes statute barred.

But at the same time it is being re-added.

How is this possible?

The remove and add alerts show when an account number is changed - mine did same when I lost a credit card and the replacement one had a different number but nothing happened on my credit file other thAn the account number change - they(shop direct) may add the X to indicate it won't be reported further. See what the July 6 update shows.... if it defaulted or was settled in July 13 it should be removed for your August update. If anything other than it not appearing in August then I'd make enquiries of SD.

Does this show on your other files ( Experian / TrAnsunion ?)
