  • No response from DCA or solicitor's

I received a pre-action letter from Lowell's solicitor last month, and responded to them over a month ago, asking for all the usual proof, to which they said their client would need at least 45 days to respond. I also sent off a CCA request to Lowell on the 5th of this month, to which have had no response to date (25 days later)
Should I say something, about the late cca or just keep quiet and sit on it?
    Thank you

Keep hold of the letters, they might bung it into court after day 30 regardless of their failure to respond.

No, don't chase the CCA, the request you have sent stands, and the debt is currently unenforceable - but only until they do comply with it.
