CL Finance Interim Charging order

CL Finance (Howard Cohen) have sent me an interim charging order for supposed non payment of CCJ installments.
But:-

I pay by Direct debit!
No instalments have been missed.
wait for it ......................my October payment arrived on the 27th instead of the 26th because the 26th was a Sunday and the Direct Debit was processed on the next working day !!!!!!!!!!!

Surely if they are collecting the payments by direct debit I cannot be responsible for that ?

Moral of story is never pay CL Finance( howard cohen or Lewis group by Direct debit) no matter how many times they ask !

Has this actually been to court for the ICO or are they merely threatening one ?

I have got a copy of a court paper with the Bradford County court stamp on, with the hearing set for 11am on January 8th 2008

Is the hearing for the final charging order? Have you had docs from the land registry placing the interim order on the property ?

In the original judgment ordering the installments were CL granted permission to apply for an interim CO ?

I have had nothing from the Land registry. This appointment is for the Final Charging order.
There was nothing in the original judgement as far as I am aware.

Update

After having this moved to Nottingham County Court, CL Finance did not turn up and the Districy Judge dismissed the case !!
