Was my credit agreement with the MBNA terminated by them the day they reported to the credit file company that I had defaulted?
I ask this question because I received a letter warning me of this termination if I did not bring my account up to date in the next two weeks. However, they also stated in the next paragraph that they had already reported the default to the credit file reference agency. I think this was a defective default letter - and I would welcome the opinions of those knowledgeable on this subject. Thank you.
