I have tried and failed to claim back £800 worth of charges from these lot.
The FoS as decided in their favour (as predicted) and now i'm faced with taking them to court.
However, I read on Budgies info, that they will pay up on court claim against them, but my investigations don't find this.
It seems they are defending these claims more and more, and worse, the judges are tearing into people who file the claims.
Does anyone have any real experience as to what is happening once you get to court (recent ones of course)?
