My OH received this today with second page to record her details.
The long reference number does not relate to any account that we have.
The choice is to complete the form or phone in the info but if their records are incomplete or have not been updated recently [yeah,right!] how will they confirm her ID for Data protection?
If in full full paranoid mode I might well think that it's a disguised way of involving her in my dispute with Bcard as she is a joint card holder or is all this innocent--in as much as a bank never does something without a reason and they haven't written to me for any updates on my info and she has no independant account with Barclays.
