Ok...

23/6.09 I sent the preliminary charges letter to see what came back &... they have offered me a £48 refund!

23/7/09 I CCA'd them... I got a reply yesterday saying the original signed agreement was enclosed but it wasnt.... just a tri-fold leaflet of terms & a letter saying what my current terms are........

Cap1 = Muppets of the deepest water
They are starting to catch on with the old CCA requests and are supplying a blank agreement and citing part of SI1983/1553 concerning allowed omissions.

Hi guys,

I have today received a signed agreement from capital 1 along with some terms printed from a computer on A4 paper. The covering letter states that they did previously comply & can confirm that my agreement complies with cca1974 & is in the correct format. They say it is clearly enforceable & will strongly defend any claim to the contrary...

Can I email it to you cb to take a look at please? If so, do you just want the agreement? or all of it?
