Finding myself with nothing to do (apart from all the usual crap stuff like housework and ironing, paid employment, taxi service for the kids etc) I have decided its about time we got some charges back from hubby's Natwest credit card. Limit 400, current balance 518, extra(and more) made up entirely of charges as hasn't used it for ages. Charges will be at least 100 quid i should imagine.
Have just typed out SAR for him to sign so will send that off tomorrow and get the ball rolling.
He has agreed a repayment plan of £30.00 per month in the meantime. No default issued.
Although they have agreed not to put on any more late/overlimit fees, they have said interest will continue to accrue. Any way I can stop this? Is it worth sending a letter to put the account into dispute?
Thanks
