  • MBNA cca request

I have sent 3 letters recorded delivery to MBNA for my Virgin credit card requesting a signed credit agreement and up until day had no reply at all from them. However today I received a letter from a debt collection agency asking for immediate payment on the over due account! what should be my response to this? Iam about to send my complaint to the FOS, and also the information commissioner but not sure if this is the best action so any advise would be greatly appreciated.
    Thank you.

Here is some info about CCA's, ~~~ Consumer Credit Agreements - A Guide ~~~~ inc. Letters - Legal Beagles
it also explains what you should do in your situation when it has been passed to a DCA.
Can I just ask, are you claiming charges back on this account?
