I have Barclays credit card and last payment was June-2015 with outstanding of 3000£.After that Lowell sent emails for collection and I have never responded back.there were no CCJ’s issued and default entries removed from credit file on August-2023.
Now Lowell sending letters to make the payment and threatening that that they will send third party collection agents to home.
i thought my 6years limitation period is completed.can I ignore the letters or ?
