Hello,
I have a number of credit card debts which have been sold onto various collection agencies of which I have entered into payment arrangements. I have written to these agencies and requested copies of my credit card agreements under the Consumer Credit Act. My agreements were all prior to April 2007. My question is given the date of the agreements do they have to supply a true copy with signatures, dates etc or a reconstitued copy. I have seen various threads on various sites with contradictory information. Any help would be much appreciated.
