I noticed that in the letter from Keynes they state that an agreement was in place and that agreement was breached. What agreement, when was the breach?

What type of account is this, when was the last payment made?

If you read up you'll find all this has already been posted above, including a scan of the letter from Keynes collections. We even discussed the cause of action accrual date for an overdraft. All this was already asked and answered.
