The Equifax Blues

Equifax are ignoring my emails and letters.

Does anyone know who their CEO is? or maybe even have the CEO's email address?

Does anyone have a fax number for Equifax?

Do I complain to the FOS about a mis-behaving CRA?

I've obviously got to step up a notch. Why oh why do these organisations force you to get nasty? Its totally avoidable.

But nasty I shall get.

sandra.lawrence@equifax.com was definitely the UK General Manager (Their equivalent of a CEO) in April 2010. I assume she is still there.

Unsure whether complaints would be ICO or FOS - try both!
