Lowell won't stop chasing me

I have an account with Lowell relating to an old credit card. I requested the CCA six months ago but they never produced it.

They keep calling me, txting me and sending me letters. It is irritating. Any proposed solutions? I thought of calling them pretending to be someone else and tell them that I recently got this new
number and I know nothing about them so that I can at least stop them from trying to use my phone number again.
