Good Afternoon,
I sent off to DC asking for true copy of original credit agreement for credit card that was taken out in 2001.
The have kindly sent me a copy and paste of apparent terms from original opening date and when the account was defaulted, which to my untrained eye seem to be a bit too perfect.
Neither of these have a correct address, I do recognise the addresses however I didn't reside at either at the times relevant to the terms.
This concerns me that as they have this information incorrect how can I rely on the information that they state would have been the terms at those times?
Should I reply and state it is not a true copy and I require them to send me the real terms, If so how should I word it?
Thanks in advance.
