    As far as I can see (pls correct me if I'm wrong) the Rankines were arguing the toss over the timescale of the CCA request sent, there wasn't any mention of omitted prescribed terms on the document itself. The only document dispute was over the defaults and cancellation clauses yes? I wouldn't go to Court with just that....have I misunderstood?... will have to read again or is this discussed on another thread?...I've obviously skipped the wrong bits...
