Good afternoon,
I have received letters from both DLC and Mortimer Clarke regarding an old CCJ I had from 2007. This CCJ has since 'fallen' off my credit report as it is over 6 years old.
DLC are telling me that they are passing the account onto Cabot Financial (Marlin) Ltd who will then pass the account to Mortimer Clarke Solicitors.
Mortimer Clarke have sent an income and expenditure form etc....and the balance is £3,444.09.
I have had a read through others peoples experiences and I feel due to the age and no contact, it may be unenforceable?
Any help is gratefully received.
