    company in administration -Unsettled car finance

    Hello I'm Simon,
    I part exchange a car with Carcraft the day before it went into administration. Carcraft refinanced me with a different finance company and agreed to pay my old finance company of which I have a customer contract which states the fact.
    I have emailed the administrators and got in touch with my old and new finance company as I will not be able to afford both monthly payments.
    My old finance company told me to get in touch and mention CCA section 5 I'm still waiting on information from administrators and finance companies on my position but I am wondering next move.
