Consumer Credit Act agreement

I made a CCA request to Halifax and they sent this back....it was suggested that its a recontituted application form rather than a signed agreement. Ive attached all the files they sent me.

Im told that they have probably complied with tme S78 request but are the docs strong enough to stand up in court...?

any advice would be welcome
