CCA signed with name of branch instead - is this legal?

Hi, Ive recently made a request for my Credit Agreement documents from my bank and in the bank signatory section there isn't an authorising signature, instead the name of the branch has been handwritten in upper case instead?

Where do I stand with the validity of this CCA please?

Sounds like they've constructed a 'facsimile', which I believe they're now allowed to do.
