Hi,
Wondering if anyone can help...
I have 3 accounts with RBS, 1 current with OD, 1 loan and 1 CC. I have had an ongoing dispute with them regarding actions they took in January 2013. So far it's gone through ombudsman and I sent a LBA in March (no response). My next step is to prepare POC and go to court.
However yesterday ago I received 2 letters from the collections department stating that as I had ignored Default Notices sent under section 87 they would be terminating the Overdraft and also the Loan. I have received no DN for either account and on top of this they expect me to pay the balance on each by tomorrow.
I still intend to take them to court but I am wondering how this affects things and wondering if I should wait for them to mess up further (i.e. instruct DCA/solictiors) or just continue with court action and add this to the POC.
Thanks
