  • Letters sent to a court and defendant

Hi I have to send a pile of documents to court and the same to the defendant Nat West Credit Cards. My issue is do I have to send them all the letters they have sent me. I am not talking about automated ones. These are all hand signed by customer care team. It does seem daft and the chopping down of another tree.

The second is a general query.
I have down loaded the Data Protection act 1998 pdf
But underneath it has a sub heading
    1998 CHAPTER 29

Does this mean there are 28 other chapters to this act?
    Ta

    Desmond.

Without knowing the details, it's not easy to reply. Are you attempting to recover mis-sold PPI through the courts? If we don't know why you are taking action against them, we have no idea what you are supposed to send. :noidea:
