  • Nat west credit agreement payment "intervals" of 60 months

    Good afternoon,

Looking at mt credit agreement for a loan with the nat west, due to fighting my PPI charges, which dates back to 11.11.2003, which as been ongoing for month's just found and checked the original loan agreement. Which states the following:

The credit with interest will be repayable at intervals of 60 months commencing 1 month after the credit is first drawn upon,by 59 payments of 202.50 and a final payment of 202.69

Is this realy telling me in writing that my payments are at 5 yearly intervals

    Alan

Uhmmmmm, that sounds rather strange. Why don't you post up the relevant sections of your agreement, removing any personal details that could identify you.

What's the status on this. Are you still paying, is it defaulted or fully paid up? Are you looking to see if the agreement is enforceable or just trying to reclaim PPI?

then onto manage attachments which then brings up a pop up which allows you to choose a file which you then need to upload and hey presto as I have done with my avatar in this post

You need to possibly scan the document onto your computer(perhaps photocopy first and then use a marker pen to remove identifying number like Name, Address, and any dates on there ), then upload to here. Does that make sense?

When you get the pop up you need to "choose file" then click upload. Wait until the upload is complete ie it will say under "current attachment"(when loaded up but it will only say attachment key if not loaded yet)0 and then "post reply". I have to say that I do not click any of the items such as bit, doc, gif, etc, etc, just upload file.

Does that make sense? The upload button is next to the choose file bit. You do not need to click on png whatsoever...

I thought I had removed the picture once I was checking this, clearly I had not

Hi all would still be grateful for any feedback

my agreement gives me sets my payments at 60 month intervals, do i have any recourse to claim back my payments , because at this rate i should have only just paid my second payment? , would love to reclain all the other payments back, because with the interest it would leave me debt free and able to move on

We will try something different. Can you type up in long hand on a separate document the terms and conditions as Flaming Parrot has asked in post 2, then either save the document and upload to here or Copy and paste it on here(I can give you instructions how to do that if you need them)

The email it should be sent to is the admin one and if you can do that then that would be great. Once you have done that simply write a post and then hit the triangle next to the "blog this post" part of the reply and in the report box say "I have emailed CCA form to admin@legalbeagles.info can you post it up on the forum for me?", and they will do that.
