Hi,
I received a summons for a CC debt I have not paid in 5 years. This was from the company who have bought the debt. The summons was issued around 3 months ago. I snet in a defence and requested a copy of the agreement straight away. Never heard anything else until this week when I receivced a copy of a reconstituted agreement.
The original agreement was just an application form which they sent under a s77 at the beginning.
Has the s77 request or the defence restarted the SOL?
Not sure if they are going to reissue the N1 now.
