Given the various subsequent pieces of legislation since CCA 1974, in 2006 and 2010 etc...is it possible for someone on here to denote which, if any, sections of CCA 1974 are now replaced by new legislation in respect of pre-2006 Agreements ??
I've read so much about the impact of changes, but it's difficult to ascertain if referring to the 1974 Act it is safe and to keep using an old copy of the Act
