  • NDR & K & Co

    Hi
Got a problem with NDR, catalogue in dispute but all got rectified at the beggining of July, amount owed agreed @ £1245 first payment paid July 27 as per statement. Letter and hounding calls from NDR for full amount of monies which are greater than agreed with catalogue and they say they now have the debt?
Do I pay them or the original creditor, keep sending letters for £12 , overdue charges 3 in a matter of 5 weeks, please advise.
There threats on the phone are quite distressing

NDR are simply Shop Directs in house threat monkeys and are easily ignored.
If they call simply tell them you are dealing directly with SD and you will not discuss this matter further with them on the phone. All correspondance must be in writing for the avoidance of doubt.

How old is the debt ?

Was an agreement ever signed (or a box ticked online) ?

The debt was from jan 2012 but the account was in dispute as there were around £1200 worth of goods incorrectly billed against my account but in july2012 the catalogue had sorted it all out and there was no prob. Ther sent a statement paid the min amount, nextndr are involved and the catalogue told me to deal with ndr.
Never knowingly signed any agreement? Had catalogue for apx 8 years never had a problem, what should I do ? Pay as normal via SO or stop ?
