Hello,
This is my first post on here. I have read quite a bit so far
about reconstituted CCA's, there is so much, so I apologise if someone
has already asked/answered this.
Lowell sent me a letter in response to my CCA request saying No CCA
existed, and closed my account. A couple of weeks later they sent a
reconstitued CCA, with my name and current address, not the address
I had when I bought from shop direct. They have reopened the
account. They have refused to send any statements or any other
details. My next plan is to SAR the OC. I don't believe I owe
anything. Lowell reckon the account was opened
2008 but I know it was March 2007 because I had a different
address.
I might sound a bit thick, but how would I know if a recon CCA was
a true copy of the orginal when I know I didnt sign one.
Also how would a DCA know the recon was a true copy when they
wrote to say the orginal no longer existed.
Thankyou for taking the time to read this.
