Hello, I am new to this site, so perhaps my query has already ben answered, but I couldn't find anything .
I have a very brief Credit Agrement with Cahoot, now Santander.
The agrement make reference to the "cahoot general conditions", these I never received, they were never sent to me !! I simply do not know what some of the terms were, inparticular how Cahoot to increase the APR interest from 5.9 to 16% . I guess the "cahoot general conditions" would have been on the website at the time, but should I have a written copy ?
My application letter said " I've enclose two copies your cahoot credit agreement, a copy of the terms and conditions and a prepaid envelope" this makes no reference to "cahoot general conditions"
The signature box included the statement "By signing this agreement, you confirm you have read and accepted the cahoot general terms and conditions and the cahoot flexible loan terms which are enclosed.
I signed the form, but never received the "cahoot general conditions"
All advice greatfully received.
