Regulated Agreements

Hi,
I thought that, prior to CCA 2006 a regulated agreement was only up to £25,000, but since 2007, that limit was amended and so the £25,00 limit no longer applies. Cam anyone please advise?

As far as I know not retrospective, but could be wrong.
