We moved to Ireland over the summer and all mail is being redirected. I have just received a letter dated early march from hamptons legal stating that I have not responded to their statutory demandwithin the 21 days allowed by the statutory demand.
I am really worried, I am not sure what to do as they won't supply a CCA and didn't accept my original offer of 50% of the balance when I started to get into financial difficulty.
How do I get the statutory demand set aside from Ireland? Our tenant in the UK is adamant nothing was hand delivered and neither he nor his wife signed for anything. How do I get a SD set aside if I don't have a copy?
