Thanks AME as usual LOL, do you mean that wealth warnings don't have to be on the agreement itself as long as the lender advertises it somewhere else its ok? Or have I got the wrong end of the stick again?

I think so yes. It isn't a prescribed term of an agreement under the CCA anyway afaik.
