Dear All, I think I have been scammed! A claims management company 'The Recovery Group' gave me the promise of writing off my credit card on a no win no fee basis. I was told by Brunel Franklin who I think is part of them that there was no claim and all monies would be returned. 5 months later still no money back. Has anyone had a similar experience of this company? They used a third party PDQ machine through a company called 'Mortgage Wealth Management' who have an MOJ number as have Brunel Franklin although theirs is suspended at the moment. Brunel Franklin (James in cserv) told me that their Managing Director was writing to me personally. That was last week so I will keep you updated. Please advise me, if you cannot just beware....I have been on Mortgage Wealth Managements website which explains that
