    ive been through this back to front and i am stuck

    if a banks calls in an overdraft, this will be regulated under the cca as below 25k

    does the bank have to issue a default notice prior to legal action

    In short they can recall the overdraft under their contractual term to do so at any time for any reason. However if they want to take you to court over the outstanding amounts there does need to be a default notice first.

    What's the reason for them 'calling' in the overdraft?
