  • Am I dealing with a correct CCA?

I have had a credit card with MBNA since December 2006. Recently I asked for a true copy of CCA.

MBNA sent me 2 documents. The first is the signed document on a single sided A4. It was the only one I saw at the time of signing the agreement. The second is the full terms and conditions. This is unsigned and undated and not part of the first. It is 4 sides in length, repeating and adding to the terms in the first document. Eg. Underneath my signature it says: 'I must have read sections 13 & 14'. Which I had not seen at that time. They were obviously not within the first document.

Please can you advise me on the legal basis of these two documents?
