I recieved a card today , (posted to the wrong address!) from Moorcroft Debt Recovery saying someone tried to call with regards to a balance that i owe BT.
I am in dispute with regards to the amount owed and as im unemployed , higher outgoings than income, i wanted to make an agreement with them direct not some third party DCA.
What should i do or say if they call?

Let me see. They send a card to the wrong address saying someone called.

    Yet it was POSTED.

Methinks they are having a little giggle.

Just tell them to go play with themselves.
