    Trying to sort out the wifes debts as she is quite ill and now on esa
    asked for cca's from the dca's chasing her today letter came from regal credit saying they nor original debtor have a copy of cca.......question is is that the end or can I expect them to try something else. Thanks for any knowlegeable comments:tinysmile_aha_t:

    That is unlikely to be the end of it.
    Things normally go quiet for a period and then another DCA pops out of the wood work making demands on the same debt.

    No matter, it's all good fun.
    After a while it gets passed to the likes of Mucky Hall, then you KNOW you have finally won, as they specialise in debts that are statute barred or completely unenforceable..

      Cheers for that at least I know now debt is legally unenforceable.............been a long process so far, but hopefully it'll take some worry off the wife

        Wife today received another letter from Regal Credit saying
        " This is formal notification to advise you you have Defaulted on your repayment arrangement"...and making statements like they have to add interest and debt or rather client expects full amount to be payable.. which appears a contradiction in that Regal say they bought the debt........if regal have admitted they have no cca how can they default and more so as this is now subject to formal complaint.............they still call, though they have been told only in writing............any advice please
