  • SAR recieved from MBNA but with no agreement enclosed.

    Hi
I'm new to this so please bear with me.
    Right here goes.
This morning I recieved my SAR from MBNA, I've not had a chance to go through it all yet as I had to come to work, what I did notice was on the first page is that they cannot provide me with a copy of my agreement due to archive retrieval issues.
I made a s.78(1) back in April but nothing arrived so i hit them with a SAR at the end of August.
I am still paying MBNA through a debt management company who are acting on my behalf.
Can I stop my payments as the account is in dispute and MBNA have not provided me with the satisfactory document, and can I claim back any payments which have been made.
Is there a draft of a letter that I can now send to MBNA as I'm a bit stuck as to what to do next.
    Thanks

Are MBNA chasing you? DCAs etc? Are you in arrears? Why is the account in dispute. What prompted you to do the CCA request in the first place?

How much do you owe MBNA and how much are the charges on the account?

Sorry for all the questions but it helps to get a better picture of the situation then we can best advise.
