    Im having problems with welcome finance ive got a secure loan on my home and getting made redundant with no insurance.

    Ive rang welcome up and told them i getting made redudadant and because im in arreaers they wont help. I told them ill pay arrears off with redundantcy pay on 4 sept and they wouldnt have it and told me it needs to be paid off before end of month. Theyve now threatened me with reposession what can i do

    By the time they get their sh!t together, you'll have paid it off. No way will they get you into court and a judgement made by 4th September. They know it, and now so do you.

    Might I suggest getting the agreement into dispute in any case? I'd tend to CCA them, even if only to delay things and stop penalties and interest being added. Complain about the charges they have levied. That should hold them off until your redundancy comes through.

    I can't believe they let you walk out the door without conning you into PPI though. Are you SURE you have no insurance?

      yep they asked if i wonted it but couldnt effort ppi ontop of loan but other loans ive had wouldnt have gave me 1 with out ppi which shocked me allso because ive got a 97% morgage i didnt think they would have gave me 1
