    For reference, maybe they have stop making up agreements now



    I like the bit where they say I should 'meet my obligations under the agreement'.
    How can I do that if they cant give me a copy of the agreement..lol

    Hi :>) How are you getting on with this? Are you allowing them to continue reporting the default? If so, why? They aren't going to pursue you for the debt which is great but if I were you I'd pursue them to stop processing your financial data to the CRA's...

      Cool at least they admit they need some degree of certainty to recreate agreements.

      I would ask them to stop processing data too, is there much of a balance left on this to default/

        Tongue in cheek, have you asked NatWest what your obligations are under the agreement since they do not have a copy from which they can refer to?

            my word, what a bunch of wallies, i have an injunction in place for a client in the High Court in reply to a mirror image of that letter.

            will they never learn to act responsibly, retain documents etc.
