    Hi,

    I have received part an and b of the credit card agreement for my request for a Cca but there are no statements or balances included. Should this also have been sent?

    If you want all the information under the account, then send them a Subject Access Request, make sure you get Proof of Postage.

      Thank you for your reply.

      I am trying to work out if what I have been sent meets the requirement to make the debt enforceable. Wescot also sent a covering letter with the documents but it does not state that the debt is now enforceable just that they will be in contact to discuss options.

      I could upload what I have been sent for it to be looked over?

        When was the account taken out?

        Is it a 'reconstructed' agreement? In which case they can provide the information that's on an agreement from various bits of data they hold.

        It's covered in the link below, they should tell you if the agreement is enforceable or unenforceable.

          Hi I requested A CCA for Natwest as I am in DMP but questioned the debt. Natwest wrote back saying they could not produce the cca but sent statements of the loan. The problem is the address for this loan is in scotland and the account number is not an account no I ever had but I have ever had and I have never lived in scotland but I have paid over 18k to that account. What do I do
