I would refer you back to point #3 in my earlier lengthy post. There is no section 101 right to terminate if your annual payments exceed £1,500.

Even if you somehow could show your payments don't exceed £1,500 annually, the answer is no you cannot terminate now and pay the 18 months because section 101 says the notice to terminate shall not expire before 18 months. You could give notice to terminate now, but the agreement would end on month 18.

Hi, I am in exaclty the same position as you , i’m looking to get out of a 2 year contract unfortunately I am only a few months in. I feel so trapped right now. Wonder if you found a way out?
