I am not sure if the CCA provided by Cabot is Valid

Hello. I am new here, and obviously have a debt problem.
The original creditor is Amazon(New day card). The original Debt was £900. It was bought by Cabot, the current debt is £1060, including interest.
This is a tiny fraction of my total debts. And I cant afford to pay.
I requested CCA in June. Today, 9th of November, I have received a copy of CCA, with my name, address on it. but no signature.

My question is--- is this CCA valid? thanks.

Try not to worry.

When was the account opened?

Has the agreement been 'varied', i.e. interest rate gone up since you opened it?

Has it got the credit limit on it?

It might be an idea to fill in an Income & Expenditure form, make sure you take in account the cost of living, fuel, food etc. Remember a Court will only ask you to pay what you can afford each month, so if that's £1, so be it.
