Halifax Credit Card CCA Request

Hi Everyone,

I've requested a copy of my CCA for a Halifax credit card which I took out in 2004. This (defaulted) debt is still owned by Halifax.

How likely is it they will be able to produce a copy of the CCA?

Has anyone else requested a 2004 Halifax credit card CCA recently and how did it go?

I realise I should have an official response from Halifax in the next few weeks, but I'm not sure if I should get my hopes up

My wife recently sent a CCA request to Cabot for a Halifax card she signed up for in 2006. Received the original agreement + statement of account from Halifax.
